Nia is a fitness and lifestyle practice that conditions your body and helps balance your brain. Emphasizing ease and pleasure, you are encouraged to go at your own pace and make a movement your own, rather than push through pain, discomfort or limitation.
Get fit without doing harm.
Allow your brain to benefit from the cardiovascular workout, the novelty of movements and multisensory experience. Movements are choreographed organically and will be balanced hard and soft, linear and circular, yin and yang.
Let your nervous system and muscles enjoy movement sequences that are connected to the music and are responsive to obvious changes in the music.
